Our services
Leading an organisation today requires balancing impact, high standards and adaptability in an ever-changing environment.
As challenges become more complex, clear structures, effective oversight and strategic alignment become essential to sustaining the organisation’s governance, performance and mission, while supporting its long-term development. These demands continue to grow, often without a corresponding increase in available resources.
The aim is to introduce the right level of structure to support the organisation’s development, without creating unnecessary complexity, while remaining mindful of its history, culture and ambitions.
What we offer
-
Understanding before transforming
When an organisation evolves, grows or faces new requirements, the instinct is often to act quickly. Yet lasting transformation begins with a crucial first step: gaining a clear understanding of the situation in order to identify priorities and intervene at the right level.
Support can cover an entire transformation programme or address a specific, targeted need.
Areas of expertise
Organisational assessment: analysing how the organisation operates, identifying its strengths and vulnerabilities, and highlighting key areas for improvement.
Organisational design and transformation: clarifying roles, responsibilities and ways of working to support the organisation’s development.
Processes and procedures: formalising essential practices to improve consistency, efficiency and continuity.
Change management: helping teams understand, adopt and take ownership of organisational changes.
Compliance and risk management: strengthening control, traceability and readiness for reviews or audits.
Governance and decision-making: reinforcing oversight mechanisms, governance bodies and decision-making processes.
Knowledge management and transfer: preserving expertise, structuring organisational learning and strengthening institutional memory.
Each engagement is tailored to the organisation’s needs and defined following a complimentary initial scoping discussion.

Progress designed to last
Most training programmes address topics in isolation: governance, processes, performance management, compliance or change management. Yet organisations do not operate in silos.
Our training offer is structured around a coherent pathway of ten modules organised into five complementary phases. Each module can be taken independently, while the full programme has been designed to support consistent and sustainable progress.
Beyond acquiring knowledge, the aim is to deliver outcomes that are directly useful to the organisation. Each session combines methodological input, peer discussion and practical workshops based on participants’ real working environments. The tools, frameworks and deliverables developed during the training can be applied immediately.
The five phases of the programme
Understand
Take an objective view of the organisation, identify operational challenges, assess risks and clarify priorities for action.
Structure
Strengthen the organisation’s foundations by clarifying roles, responsibilities, processes and ways of working.
Support change
Create the conditions for lasting transformation by encouraging understanding, ownership and engagement across teams.
Safeguard
Manage obligations, risks and control mechanisms to support reliable and sustainable operations.
Improve
Develop performance management, evaluation and continuous improvement capabilities to sustain results over time.
Formats tailored to each need
Full programme: an in-depth pathway supporting the organisation’s progressive development and long-term transformation.
Thematic pathways: selected combinations of modules focused on a specific organisational challenge.
Standalone modules: targeted training designed to address an identified need.
Each programme is tailored to the organisation’s context, stage of development and objectives. Content, case studies and practical exercises are designed to be directly relevant and applicable.

Strengthening organisational capacity when it matters most
Some situations call for more than an assessment or a recommendation. When a strategic project needs to be led, a key function reinforced or a temporary workload exceeds available capacity, targeted operational support can provide the continuity, structure and assurance required.
Each engagement is tailored to the organisation’s context and needs, with a level of involvement proportionate to the issues at stake: sufficiently embedded to make a meaningful contribution, yet flexible enough to remain relevant.
Areas of expertise
Project management and coordination
Structuring, leading and monitoring projects to secure their progress, coordination and outcomes.
Executive and management support
Temporarily strengthening management, coordination and organisational capacity, particularly during periods of growth, transformation or restructuring.
Legal and document management support
Supporting the formalisation of agreements, procedures and essential documentation to promote reliable, consistent and secure operations.
Tender responses and project development
Supporting the preparation of applications, proposals and tender submissions requiring rigorous coordination and strong organisational capabilities.
Continuity across consulting and training
Consulting helps identify the key issues and define priorities. Training builds the skills required to address them over time. Operational support provides direct reinforcement when implementation requires additional capacity within the organisation.
These three areas may be engaged independently or combined as part of an integrated approach, depending on the organisation’s needs and the level of support required.
Each engagement is designed on a bespoke basis and may take the form of a one-off assignment, ongoing support or more intensive assistance over a defined period.
A trusted network of partners
Some challenges require complementary expertise. To provide a response tailored to each situation, YTC draws on a network of trusted partners recognised for their professionalism and specialist knowledge.
This approach makes it possible to mobilise the right expertise while maintaining a single point of contact and ensuring consistent coordination across all areas of the engagement.
